Whether you have been to counseling many times, or this is your first time, we are confident that we can provide you with the help and tools that you need. We utilize object relations theory, boundaries, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and family systems theory in our practice.  

In addition to standard outpatient counseling we also offer intensive-therapy options in multiple formats ranging from our 10 week track, to our full outpatient day-program (please call for more information on our intensive-programs).

In addition to counseling, we provide workshops and seminars to corporations, organizations, small businesses, and churches. Workshops and seminars are offered on a variety of topics (i.e. team building workshops, seminars on boundaries) or can be tailored to the specific needs of your organization.
